| The Foster Care Citizen Review Board is an independent state agency that serves Utah's foster children. As a volunteer you have the potential to become an advocate for children. Through reading confidential case file documents and participating in personal interviews, you will gather information to verify and assure that the Division of Child and Family Services and community partners provide services to ensure the safety and permanency of children in foster care. |
